Fulton Woman Injured After Hitting Rolled Over Semi On I-70
Both lanes of Westbound I-70 in Boone County are back open after a rollover crash during the early morning hours of Thursday, April 4, 2024.
The area of the Interstate just before the 133 exit near mile marker 135 was down to one lane for several hours as crews worked to clean up the debris.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, it happened just before 2am, when a 2022 Freightliner flipped onto its left side, blocking the interstate.
A 2017 Subaru Outback driven by 63-year-old Mary Back of Fulton hit the semi.
Back was taken to University Hospital with moderate injuries.
Both vehicles were totaled.
