Suspect Accused of Causing Extensive Damage to a Wellsville Area Farm Arrested
A suspect believed to have caused thousands of dollars of damage to a corn field in Montgomery County over the weekend has been arrested.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office a large corn field located off of Highway AA, near Red Barn Road in the Wellsville area had about $6,000 worth of corn crop destroyed.
Photos shared by the sheriff’s office on Facebook appear to show tire tracks in the field, and some of them are in circles.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office posted on Facebook last night (Monday), that a suspect was in custody.
No other information was released.
